Spring has sprung at our South and East Community Rehabilitation Groups, as these pictures from the recent Coffee Mornings show. Clients, Carers and Family Members shared a cuppa, a delicious selection of goodies, perused the crafts for sale and took home some great raffle prizes.
Just a reminder that both South and East Community Rehabilitation Groups are on holiday next week, with the South Group returning on Tuesday 29th April, and the East Group returning om Thursday 1st May.
The Headway Ayrshire “chicks” would like to wish everyone a happy and peaceful Easter weekend and look forward to welcoming you back after the break.
Carers Education Sessions recently took place on Tuesday 8th and 15th April and were well received.
The Sessions give a valuable insight into brain/head injuries and offer daily coping strategies for all the family. The next round of sessions is due to take place later in the year (dates to be confirmed).

The Headway Ayrshire Team recently completed First Aid training. The course was extremely informative and perfect for our needs – and a lot of fun too! Although it’s something we hope never to have to put into practice, we are all feeling up to the task should the need arise.
