Meeting the needs of our members?
Annually, both clients and carers are issued with a Satisfaction survey. The forms briefly cover all areas of Headway Ayrshire’s services. The aim is to gain an overall view of how the user perceives the services offered. Headway Ayrshire is monitored and evaluated by the Health Board and the two local authorities.
Positive steps forward
Headway believes in empowering people through access to information, opportunities and developing skills and talents. The dramatic changes to a person’s life can leave them feeling excluded from their own communities and some struggle with low self-esteem. Headway Ayrshire will try to help you to move forward at your own pace.
