Meeting the needs of our members?

Annually, both clients and carers are issued with Customer Satisfaction questionnaires. The forms briefly cover all areas of Headway Ayrshire's services. The aim is to gain an overall view of how the user perceives the services offered. Headway Ayrshire is monitored and evaluated by the Health Board and the three local authorities.
